Inkdash - Hand Lettering Font
A downloadable asset pack
INKDASH — Hand Lettering Font
Inkdash is a hand-lettered chisel-marker font for game dialogue, comics and quest logs, in two weights, with a commercial license.
Inkdash is hand lettering drawn with a chisel marker: confident, slightly slanted strokes with the natural thick-and-thin of a broad nib, clean enough to read at dialogue size and lively enough for titles. It was made for the places game and comic writers need a human voice: dialogue boxes, speech bubbles, quest logs, notes and stickers.
Every letter is drawn three times, and Inkdash cycles through the three drawings automatically as you type, so doubled letters never look stamped. The family comes in Regular and Bold with 360+ characters for Western and Central European languages, careful kerning, tabular figures for timers and scores, and a set of comic punctuation: interrobang, double marks, stars, a sparkle, music notes and arrows.
